π Orders & Returns
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes β we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.
How do I start a return?
Just email us at returns@flexi-arcade.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Exchanges can be arranged depending on stock availability.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship across the UK and offer international shipping to most regions via Royal Mail or courier. Β
PLEASE NOTE! We donβt charge tax at checkout, so depending on where you live, you might need to pay VAT or customs when your order arrives.
How long does shipping take?
UK orders: 2β4 working days
UK Express: 1β2 working days
International: 7β14 working days (varies by destination)

UK Express: Flat rate of Β£8.99
International: Flat rate of Β£9.99
Do you offer tracked shipping?
Yes β All packages are sent with tracking as standard. Youβll receive a tracking link once your item ships.

Are your t-shirts ethically made?
Yes. All our apparel is sourced from sweatshop-free suppliers and printed in-house using eco-conscious DTF technology.
What are your flash drives made of?
Each one is 3D printed using PLA, an eco-friendly, biodegradable plastic, printed around an embedded high-quality USB chip.
Can I customise a product?
Right now we offer small-batch runs and limited-edition designs β but feel free to reach out at hello@flexi-arcade.com with special requests.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes β we use minimal, recyclable packaging. Gift-ready boxing is included with every T-Shirt order at no extra charge.
Can I include a gift note?
Absolutely. Just add a note at checkout or email us with your order number and message.
